Terms & Conditions: 500 Bonus Linkpoints with NTUC Link Credit/Debit Card Spend at FairPrice (Exclusive to selected NTUC Union Members)

Campaign Period

• The NTUC Union Exclusive: 500 Bonus Linkpoints with NTUC Link Credit/Debit Card Spend (the “Campaign”) is valid from 30 September to 31 October 2026 (both dates inclusive) (the “Campaign Period”), unless otherwise extended or terminated in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Campaign Eligibility

• This Campaign is open exclusively to selected NTUC Union Members (“Eligible Members”) who meet specific eligibility criteria determined by FairPrice Group. (Note: Promotional materials may be visible across channels, but rewards apply strictly to targeted Eligible Members). 

   

  To receive the 500 bonus Linkpoints, the Eligible Member must fulfill the following criteria during the Campaign Period:

   

  • Add an NTUC Link Credit/Debit Card as a saved payment method in their FairPrice Group app account; and
  • Make a payment of min. $20 nett (“Qualifying Spend”) in a single transaction via the FairPrice Group app using the ‘Pay/Earn’ QR code/Scan & Go, with the saved NTUC Link Credit/Debit Card selected as the payment method in-store (FairPrice, FairPrice Xtra, FairPrice Finest); or
  • Make a payment of min. $20 nett (“Qualifying Spend”) via www.fairprice.com.sg or FairPrice Group app on your FairPrice online purchases

  Transactions made via Apple Pay, Google Pay under ‘Pay/Earn’ and physical cards do not qualify.

   

  In order to receive the 500 Linkpoints incentive, Eligible Members must maintain a valid and active NTUC Union Membership and NTUC Link Credit/Debit Card during the campaign period.

Campaign Details 

• Eligible Members will be credited with 500 bonus Linkpoints to the FairPrice Group app account upon their successful Qualifying Spend in a single transaction with their NTUC Link Credit/Debit Card via the Pay/Earn QR code/Scan & Go on the FairPrice Group app
• For online purchases, the bonus Linkpoints will be credited after the order has been delivered. Eligible Members’ order(s) will have to be delivered by 31 October 2026
  • Campaign is only valid for orders for personal consumption. Business to Business Orders will not count towards the spending attributed to the challenges, unless otherwise stated
• Qualifying spend include transactions charged to the NTUC Link Credit/Debit Card registered under the Eligible Member made at any FairPrice, FairPrice Finest, FairPrice Xtra and online at www.fairprice.com.sg (“Participating Stores”) via the FairPrice Group app or Scan and Go.
• Qualifying spend is based on the final amount spent after applying all discounts, Linkpoints, promotions, rebates and offers such as CDC vouchers, SG60 vouchers, physical vouchers, e-vouchers, gift cards, rebates, CHAS (Blue/Orange)/Senior/Pioneer Generation/Merdeka Generation discount, discount vouchers and Beverage Container Return Scheme (BCRS) deposits.
• Purchase of the following items are excluded from the campaign: statutory items (Singapore Pools betting products - 4D, Singapore Sweep, TOTO, gift vouchers, gift cards including top-ups and service fees), non-merchandise (carrier bags, membership and consultation fees), tobacco products, infant milk powder (0-12 months), prescription and pharmacy-only medicine.
• To check if your Linkpoints are credited, tap on the ‘Linkpoints’ icon on the top left corner of your app homepage to view your Linkpoint transaction history. The 500 bonus Linkpoints credited will be shown as ‘NTUC Link card usage’.
• Limited to 1 set of 500 bonus Linkpoints per Eligible Member only.

Terms and Conditions

• Each NTUC Union Member account is considered a unique participant in the Campaign.
• The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the Campaign shall be final and no correspondence, appeal, or enquiry will be entertained.
• The Campaign is organised by NTUC Link Pte Ltd and NTUC (collectively the “Organiser”).
• The Organiser reserves the right, at any time and at its discretion to (a) amend any of these Terms and Conditions; (b) modify, suspend and/or terminate the Campaign, in whole or in part; (c) change the date and time of the campaign. In the event of dispute, the Organiser’s decision is final and conclusive.
• Participation in this campaign is subject to these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this Campaign is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any amendments, additions, replacements, variations and modifications hereto shall be final and binding in all respect on each Eligible Member.
• Non-compliance with or breach of any of these Terms and Conditions may disqualify an Eligible Member at any stage of the Campaign.
• Linkpoints cannot be exchanged for cash, FairPrice Group Gift Vouchers, FairPrice Group Gift Cards, FairPrice Loyalty Redemption Program point accumulations and/or other goods and services.
• By participating in the Campaign, the Eligible Members agree that FairPrice Group may collect, use and disclose his/her personal data as provided in the Link membership application, for the following purposes, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and FairPrice Group’s Personal Data Protection Policy (“PDP Policy”) available at https://help.fairprice.com.sg/hc/en-us/articles/4464676591129-Privacy-Notice: (i) for the conduct and administration of the Campaign; (ii) to provide any marketing materials that the Eligible Members have agreed to receive; and (iii) for any and all purposes set out in FairPrice Group’s PDP Policy.
• The Eligible Member agrees to FairPrice Group’s PDP Policy that sets out details of the FairPrice Group’s personal data protection policy, including how the Eligible Member may access and correct his/her personal data or withdraw consent to the collection, use or disclosure of his/her personal data.
• In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to this Campaign, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
• A person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B) to enforce these Terms and Conditions.
• These terms & conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and all Eligible Members shall irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
